We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Transportation team based in Penrith to deliver a major project on the A66.This high-profile scheme will be delivered in a collaborative environment, embracing DfMA solutions and a strong digital agenda. A full driving licence is essential for this position.

Location:

Penrith - travel to the office required with some remote working available

Contract:

Permanent, full-time 45 hours per week - flexibility available, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary:

80,000 - 90,000 per year + 6.1k car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

What will you be responsible for?





As Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards through effective budgeting and programming.



Your day-to-day will include:


Managing all phases of the project, from contract award to close-out, ensuring all contractual requirements are met Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction Monitoring and communicating project financial performance and administration for all assigned projects Coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner to ensure efficiency and minimise costs Implementing and complying with Kier's SHE policy and procedures, all legal requirements, and best practice--including regular safety inspections within the allocated business



What are we looking for?





This role of Project Manager is ideal if you have:


Minimum HNC/HND in an engineering-related discipline or equivalent A recognised project management qualification Significant project management experience within the construction industry
