About the role

AGSE Global Services is looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the mobilisation and opening of our new sites. In the past six months, we have successfully launched four new sites (Prestwick, Dallas, Paris, and Dubai), and we have identified the need for a dedicated Project Manager to manage the process effectively. This role will be critical in coordinating the multiple mini projects involved in setting up new sites, ensuring each is opened smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the mobilisation of new sites, ensuring all aspects are handled effectively. Oversee and coordinate multiple mini projects involved in site openings, such as:
- Arranging site viewings and coordinating lease agreements and legal documents.

- Locating and liaising with local contractors for signage, fit-outs, and other site-specific requirements.

- Sourcing vehicles, tooling, and other necessary equipment.

- Managing recruitment, compliance, H&S, and insurance requirements.

Act as the central point of contact for all teams involved in site mobilisation, including contractors, vendors, and internal departments. Ensure successful delivery of each project milestone and manage any challenges that arise throughout the process. Assist with the final stages of our existing sites (UK and worldwide) and prepare for upcoming site openings, including locations worldwide. Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, identifying potential risks and offering solutions. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Essential Skills

Demonstrable experience in project management, with a strong track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and manage risks during the final stages of new site launches. Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and legal teams in previous roles. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing projects from start to finish.

Desirable:

Knowledge of compliance, H&S, and recruitment processes is desirable. Experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-site environment. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, growing company. Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for the smooth running of the site mobilisation process.
