Finlayson Media Communications Ltd (FMC) is an award winning, dental communications company that connects the dental community and industry through a myriad of powerful channels encompassing online, print, webinars, social media, exhibitions, and awards. FMC's events are attended by thousands of dental professionals and companies targeting the dental market.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our digital media team from January 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative and digital projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and budgets. You will serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and top-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management

Help to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure projects operate smoothly within these.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision and goals are met. Collaborate with the sales team and senior leadership to align project goals with business objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Coordinate cross-functional teams (content, design, marketing & production). Facilitate effective communication across departments, ensuring smooth project workflows. Motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving forward on schedule.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture learnings and drive process improvements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Create and maintain detailed plans and schedules to deliver project against agreed budgets. Proactively anticipate risks and challenges, and work to ensure effective solutions.

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a

Project Manager

in a digital media, creative, or marketing agency. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of digital platforms, media channels, and content production processes. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello etc Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
