This is a remote position.
Key Purpose of the Job:
The Project Manager will support the delivery of Integrated Electronic Security System installation projects from initiation to completion. Projects will vary in size and complexity, and you will be responsible for bringing projects to closure within the specified time scales and within budget. You will ensure all site activities are carried out safely and to relevant quality standards, oversee the timely procurement and delivery of equipment and manage both internal and sub-contract resources. You will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all objectives and expectations are fulfilled.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage the successful implementation and delivery of the project to client requirements.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to Client Stakeholders and Senior Leadership Teams during the duration of the project.
Monitor contractual and financial aspects of all projects allocated.
Provide supervision of the specialist/subcontractor and commissioning teams to ensure all site-based activities and installations are progressed in line with agreed programme of works and within applicable industry standards.
Develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and collaborative partners representing the client's or organisation's interests.
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Sales team to review projects, record, monitor and advise of any defects and specification deviations.
Ensure all company processes are followed during the execution of the project.
Planning and scheduling of resources and equipment requirements for jobs - Ensuring jobs are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor and record the health and safety of staff and sub-contractors. Conduct regular safety and quality audits.
Accurately forecast revenue and margins on all allocated projects.
Support staff internally and follow escalation lines for resolving conflicts or issues.
Manage the preparation and submission of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Assessments.
Carry out regular toolbox talks on all allocated projects.
Document client dependencies/assumptions, risk and opportunities, issues and lessons learned.
