The Role
As the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed with precision and purpose.
As a snapshot you will:
Lead projects from initiation to closure using structured methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid).
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
Map and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and leadership to align priorities and deliver results.
Champion "The Tatton Way" - streamlining workflows and embedding best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and transparent communication.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.
About You
We're looking for someone who has demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, that has embedded a culture of continuous improvement and led projects that have driven efficiency and consistency in businesses.
You'll bring:
Proven experience managing multiple projects in a structured environment.
Strong documentation skills and ability to simplify complex processes.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A natural influencer with exceptional communication skills.
PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or similar certification.
Industry experience is a bonus, but project management expertise is key.
