PROJECT MANAGER - INFRASTRUCTURE

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering infrastructure or technology projects from the ground up? Royal Mail is looking for a hands-on Technical PM to lead high-value, in-house initiatives across our Service Delivery (SD) portfolio.


As a Technical Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of infrastructure-focused projects valued at 1 million and above. You'll work internally--not from the supplier side--to drive delivery across a complex supplier ecosystem.

THE ROLE

Your key responsibilities will include:

Establishing projects from inception: defining scope, writing business cases, securing investment, and mobilising delivery teams. Leading end-to-end project execution with autonomy and accountability. Managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams. Navigating outsourced supplier environments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Experience delivering infrastructure or technology projects. Proven ability to work independently and drive outcomes in complex environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing multi-supplier landscapes and internal delivery teams. Confidence in securing investment and shaping project scope from the outset.
