We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the end-to-end management of localisation projects for our growing portfolio of international enterprise clients. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure seamless delivery. Working closely with internal production, linguistic, and technical teams, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction in a dynamic, international environment.



This is a full-time remote position starting in January 2026. Core working hours are based on UK & Europe time zones, with flexibility depending on client requirements. We offer a comprehensive induction training week and structured onboarding.


Responsibilities

Manage a variety of projects independently, from setup to delivery, using Sandberg's systems and tools Assess project requirements, design workflows, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs Ensure high-quality project deliverables, including QA checks, documentation and client-ready files Maintain and optimise account assets such as TMs, TBs, style guides, briefs and QA reports Collaborate with clients, linguists and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Proactively support linguists, assign suitable resources and manage communication throughout projects Anticipate challenges, identify issues and seek solutions using expertise and internal resources Uphold professional relationships and handle complex or sensitive situations independently Contribute to team success by sharing workload fairly, mentoring junior colleagues and seeking guidance when needed Deliver multiple projects daily while maximising efficiency and profitability in line with company targets

Skills and experience

At least 3 years in a similar role Fluency in English and at least one other language Knowledge of localisation industry, software and processes Hands-on experience with various CAT & QA tools (Phrase, MemoQ & Xbench preferred) Strong IT skills, including keyboard skills (typing and use of shortcuts) File engineering and/or coding experience and knowledge would be advantageous Exceptional organisation skills and ability to manage own workload Excellent communication skills - prompt, professional, clear and concise Self-motivated and adaptable Able to analyse, research and learn independently Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers Aptitude for identifying new opportunities and sharing them with others Interest in maximising the potential of client accounts and making them successful
