About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and driven

Construction Site Manager

to lead high-value projects across

Berkshire and Surrey

. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, coordinate, and oversee all daily site operations. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme schedules and budgets. Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site. Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing effective solutions. Ensure all site documentation and records are completed accurately and on time. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability across the site.

Key Skills & Experience



Minimum of

6 years' experience

as a Site Manager delivering projects valued at

3 million or more

. Proven track record in

commercial, residential, or mixed-use

construction projects. Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, legislation, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.

Pay: 28,000.00-40,000.00 per year
