About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced

Project Manager

to lead our supported living service in Tottenham. This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on making a difference -- helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, and ensure our service continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support staff to deliver safe, person-centred care. Oversee daily operations, staffing, and budgets for the service. Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority requirements. Build effective working relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community. Conduct regular staff supervisions, appraisals, and training. Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments. Support service users in achieving independence, wellbeing, and inclusion. Manage rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Handle incidents, complaints, and quality audits effectively. Promote a positive, safe, and empowering environment for all.

About You

QCF Level 4

(or equivalent) in Health & Social Care. Experience supervising or managing staff in a supported living or care setting. Strong knowledge of the

Mental Capacity Act

and

DoLS

. Confident in medication management and safeguarding procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Flexible, compassionate, and committed to person-centred support. First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to train).
