Summary



We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bright Earth Ltd in the UK. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, working closely with our installations team and clients, contractors and designers.

Responsibilities



Plan and manage the weekly schedule for the installation team, coordinating with landscapers, contractors, and other project managers to ensure our works align smoothly with broader project timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resource availability and alignment. Oversee stock levels, ensuring required materials and equipment are available when needed. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock related to each project. Liaise with suppliers for timely restocking and special order items. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress and any anticipated changes. Address any on-site challenges or issues proactively alongside the Senior Installations Manager. Perform final inspections to ensure systems are fully operational and installed to specification. Oversee client sign-off process, ensuring handover documentation and usage instructions areprovided. Ensure any outstanding snags or follow-up works are logged and completed promptly. Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, material orders, and client communications. Prepare handover packs, system schematics, and maintenance schedules as needed. Support invoicing by confirming project progress and completion status. Ensure all site work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Conduct or support risk assessments as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous Project Management and Health and Safety experience - preferably with in the Landscaping industry. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and coordinate schedules efficiently. Confident in liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project delivery. Quick to identify and resolve issues, unexpected delays, or supply challenge. Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines across fast-paced, overlapping project timelines. Competent in tracking usage, managing inventory, and organising materials for upcoming installations. Works well within the team, offering support to ensure efficient and effective execution. Professional, courteous, and responsive - committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Verulam AL1 5AS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
