Our in-house developments team is looking for a motivated and organised project manager, to join our diverse team and help manage our developments portfolio.

You'll be joining an innovative, energetic, down to earth, and motivated team working at our head office in Warrington.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a project manager at sourced you will be responsible but not limited to the below tasks:

Pre Construction

- Tender Enquiries

- Project Planning

- Planning

- Pre Construction checklist

- Contractor Appointments

Construction

- Project tracking

- Progress Monitoring

- Monitoring the build

- Scheduling works

- Orders

Post Construction

- Project Completion

- Sign off

- Sales/Sales Completion

- Handover to Property Management

The job will require you to balance multiple projects and duties at once and so will require you to know how to organise and priorities your own work.

You will need to be open to travel to sites to oversee our contractors and monitor progress.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is favorable, however we're placing higher value on transferable skills attained in the project industry.

We think the role will suit a strong junior project manager looking for career progression, or an already established project manager looking for a new challenge.

- Organised - We're looking for someone that can manage multiple projects at once, meeting various deadlines at the same time. We need someone that can manage their own workload and priorities based on project and business needs

- Adaptability - At Sourced, we don't follow any rigid project management methodologies. We need someone that can adapt and move past obstacles with some flexibility.

- Eye for Detail - We're looking for a focused individual that takes pride in their work, we're looking for someone that pays attention to detail ensuring that both work on site, as well as administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

- Clear Communicator - We need someone that can effectively and efficiently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Conflict Resolution - You will need to know how to manage conflict in a way that doesn't impact project progress.

- Self-Directed Learning - You'll demonstrate independence and ability to take initiative when furthering your knowledge and experience.

Next Steps

We're hopeful the right candidate will be available to start on the 5th of January; you will shadow the current project manager for 4-6 weeks. You'll be given the opportunity to familiarise yourself with current ongoing projects. As well as gaining a good understanding of the business vision for the future. Throughout this period you will be given and increasing amount of responsibility giving you increasing freedom to make the role your own.

We will be conducting a stage one phone interview, if successful you will be invited to attend an in-person interview in our Warrington office.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
