As Project Manager, you'll be accountable for planning, executing and closing projects within scope, budget and timeline. You'll work closely with stakeholders from Crewe, Wigan and remotely, coordinating internal teams, external suppliers and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Defining project scope, objectives and success criteria
Developing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
Managing risks, issues and dependencies; escalating where appropriate
Ensuring that project deliverables meet required quality standards
Facilitating effective communication between teams, stakeholders and senior leadership
Monitoring progress, forecasting and reporting on status to key stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement and ensuring lessons learned are captured
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager (ideally 8 years or more)
Strong organisational and planning skills, comfortable working with hybrid teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with supported living would be beneficial
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team across multiple locations
A relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM) would be a strong plus
