What We're Looking For:
Experience:
5-7+ years in real estate project management
Proven track record managing
large construction or development projects
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Real Estate experience is a must
Strong leadership and team management skills, including working with superintendents
Highly motivated to grow professionally and take on challenging projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met
Manage on-site teams, contractors, and vendors effectively
Monitor project performance, including budgeting, schedules, and quality standards
Prepare reports for stakeholders and senior management
Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
Maximize profitability and efficiency on all assigned projects
