Role Overview
As a
Project Manager
, you will:
Lead and support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Provide pre- and post-contract
project management
and technical advice.
Manage
contract administration
(NEC / JCT), budgets, programmes, and risk registers.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure delivery excellence.
Lead on stakeholder engagement and progress reporting.
Oversee programme management, procurement, and change control.
Travel as required across the South Coast region (full UK driving licence essential).
About You
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a
construction consultancy
project management role.
MCIOB
,
MRICS
, or
APM
qualified (or working towards).
Strong knowledge of
construction methodologies
, procurement, and contract administration.
Experience managing
NEC
,
JCT
, or
FIDIC
forms of contract.
Skilled in
budgeting, value engineering
, and
programme delivery
.
Excellent communicator and confident client liaison skills.
Proficient in
MS Project
or
Asta Powerproject
(advantageous).
Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about sustainable, quality-driven construction.
