We're now seeking an experienced

Contracts Engineer

to join our friendly and driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, managing multiple projects from tender through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical contracts from concept to handover Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, method statements and programme updates Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective project delivery Monitor and manage costs, variations, and progress against programme Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with specifications Work closely with project managers, design teams, and estimators

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar M&E contracts or project engineering role Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in construction Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise under pressure Excellent communication and negotiation skills CSCS card and relevant qualifications (SMSTS/SSSTS beneficial)
