About You:



Are you someone who excels in supporting the sales cycle with proficient product knowledge, market awareness, and strategic pricing insights? About the Role:



As the Project Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end sales process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing all aspects of order management, pricing, and specification enquiries. Acting as a key contact for customers, you will provide advanced product and service information, respond to complex customer escalations, and ensure compliance with established procedures. You will also gather and analyse data to understand customer requirements, produce accurate documentation, and support colleagues with best practices on MS documents and databases. Additionally, you will handle custom orders, respond to advanced issue escalations, and provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of Hansgrohe's products and services. A significant part of your role will involve building relationships, collaborating with the external sales team to drive business growth and maintain outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. .
