More about your role

We are looking to recruit a Project Support Coordinator to join our newly created Planned Investment Support Team. You will be based from home and support the Investment Delivery Team.

As a Project Support Officer you will be responsible for the preparation of all supporting documentation including specifications, any planning or building control permissions, party wall notices, the procurement of contractors and ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations for planned investment programmes . You will also be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the Places for People Affordable Housing specification to ensure works meet the required performance and quality standards.

More about you

To be successful in this role you will need to have sound knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, delivering investment programmes and building performance/construction. You will have a strong communication, organisational and change management skills as well as experience of successfully planning and implementing large scale planned works programmes.
