As a Project Administrator you would be office based at our Head Office in Sherburn in Elmet, where you will support with all aspects of project delivery that are being completed by YorPower's projects team.
Main Duties:
Projects administration.
Verifying documentation.
Liaison with project managers, site staff, sub-contractors, suppliers .
Processing jobs ensuring engineers are equipped and parts are available.
Supporting the projects team by ensuring documentation including quotes, RAMS, letters and emails are accurate and produced in a timely manner.
Entering accurate data into the system as and when required.
Keeping the system up to date and compliant with GDPR .
Communicating effectively as a team member and being an effective conduit between sales and operations.
Working with the projects managers to ensure we deliver the right solution to suit the customer's needs.
Keeping projects schedules up to date and communicating these updates with all stakeholders including internal and external.
Be the first port of call for customer enquiries and distribute accordingly within the business.
Managing financial data and budgets relating to projects.
Diary management and coordination.
Organising and managing hire equipment and bookings, travel, accommodation.
