Your Role as Project Coordinator



As a key part of our operations team, you'll ensure our projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard -- from planning through to installation and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Managing Director and Installation Manager to align project goals and continually improve performance. Allocate installation work efficiently and ensure timely project delivery. Prepare comprehensive

Risk Assessments, Method Statements,

and

Health & Safety documentation

. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless

inventory management

and

material procurement

. Ensure installations meet our rigorous

quality and compliance

standards. Create forward-looking

project schedules

and accurate performance forecasts. Drive

departmental productivity

, maintain margins, and ensure KPIs are met. Act as a key point of contact for commercial clients, resolving queries with professionalism. Monitor department overheads and maintain

cost-effective project delivery

. Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in

construction or installation project coordination/management

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Health & Safety knowledge and risk management experience

Pay: 28,500.00-37,500.00 per year
