About the role and team

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with the delivery of work in our Plots and Home Ownership Teams, within our Property department. The teams carry out a wide variety of work, both complex and routine, for Housing Association clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting a number of fee earners in the teams File opening and file closing Drafting legal documents Obtaining Land Registry documents Obtaining conveyancing searches Responding to Land Registry requisitions Preparing legal packs Preparing standard letters and finance forms Scanning and document handling About the candidate

You'll need to demonstrate:
