Our client, one of the largest names in Property is looking to hire a Property Administrator to join their busy and growing team based in Edinburgh.
This Property Administrator role is seen as vital hire to our clients office and wider market growth. You will have involvement in many areas of the team, along with key administrative responsibilities.
Ideally, you will have previous office or sales administration experience and you're an organised and proactive individual.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing new property instructions.
- Organise property files through Sale process.
- Interact and follow up with property buyers and sellers.
- Marketing of prospective valuations / properties.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous office support or administration experience
- Previous experience in Property or Real Estate would be advantageous
- A Proactive mindset
- An Organised Individual
- Strong IT skills
The role will be paying upto 30,000 and will be based in Central Edinburgh.
