We have an exciting opportunity for a property administrator to join our well established and respected Property Team in our Edinburgh office which is situated in the city centre.
This is a full time position which involves all aspects of property administration including;
Fielding incoming calls and emails
Arranging viewings and recording feedback
Creation of sales brochures and management of sales boards
Creating and sending fee quotes
Setting up files and carrying out AML/ID checks
Management of our CRM systems and online portals
You will deal with a wide variety of stakeholders on a daily basis whilst delivering exceptional customer service to clients and prospective purchasers.
Candidates must possess excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills along with a concise telephone manner. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and excellent organisational skills is essential for this role. Creative writing skills and a full driving license with access to a car would be an advantage.
