NORTHWOOD Estate and Letting agents have a vacancy for a Full Time Property Administrator -

Northwood Estate and Letting Agency is a leading property company based in Falkirk and covering the Central Belt. You would be working with a company that prides itself on providing the highest quality service levels. We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and self-motivated person with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to join our team in a lively, busy surroundings.

Candidates should be customer service focussed with experience in dealing with clients on the phone and face to face. The successful candidate will have a very proactive and "can do" approach.

Full time Salary - range 23,900 - 25,000 depending on experience.

The role is varied including:



Viewings, inspections and onboarding Properties Completing inventories using proprietary software Dealing with phone and email enquiries and general administrative duties Assisting with maintenance work and maintaining Repairing Standards requirements Working with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants to organise repair work. Diary management for viewings, inspections and other meetings. Compliance management Ensure all information and data are kept up to date and meet GDPR regulations Maintaining positive communications with Landlords and Tenants Tenant referencing and creating lease documentation Other duties as required

The ideal candidate must have:



A full clean driving licence Excellent client facing skills combining the ability to work under pressure and to multi task Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to prioritise competing and conflicting tasks. Experience working in a fast paced, proactive business Confidence combined with a professional approach Computer literacy including word, excel and outlook and experience of in-house databases Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service orientated industry Property agency experience may be an advantage but not required. Full training will be provided Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.00pm. Friday 9am - 4.30pm
This is a full time position.

Salary will be dependent on experience

Job Location: Falkirk FK1 Required education: minimum High School or equivalent Required experience: Client facing experience: 3 years Required: Driving Licence - Full clean licence
Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence is required.
