Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a

Property Administrator

to join our SIPP team. The SIPP team provides administration and trusteeship services to self-invested personal pension arrangements for members, both advised and non-advised. We hold over 1000 commercial properties and are looking to grow in this area.

This role will be based in our Glasgow office working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:



Administer SIPP and SSAS property portfolios, ensuring all property-related activities are compliant with relevant pension scheme regulations. Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, rent collection, tenant communication, and renewals, ensuring all actions align with both client and regulatory expectations. Manage VAT compliance, including handling property expenses and ensuring all VAT processes align with SIPP/SSAS tax regulations. Administer property-related costs, including service charges, maintenance costs, and rent reviews, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Proactively manage and resolve any issues related to property compliance, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with regulatory expectations. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders regarding property-related queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

We would like to hear from you if you have:



Solid experience managing a portfolio of SIPP/SSAS properties, including handling property transactions, VAT compliance, and managing client relationships is desirable. Experience managing VAT-related property expenses, claims and returns is desirable. Ability to manage client relationships professionally, maintaining clear communication, and delivering high levels of customer service. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
