Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised
Commercial Property Administrator / Manager
to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, supporting both team with administrative and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update property records, lease agreements, and tenant files
Helping with Marketing with our new yard rental venture
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and agents to coordinate maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
Assist with preparing heads of terms, lease documents, and licenses
Monitor critical lease dates, rent reviews, and service charge reconciliations
Ensure all regulatory compliance (e.g., EPCs, insurance, H&S documentation) is up-to-date
Manage Utility Bills and Dealing with the valuation office for business rates.
Process invoices and liaise with finance regarding rent collections and contractor payments
General office administration and support to directors and property managers
Requirements
Previous experience in property administration, preferably in a commercial setting
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of property management software is a plus
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Knowledge of lease structures and property law terminology is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred
