TA Property operates as a commercial estate agent focusing on education, healthcare, and religious sectors and also manages a portfolio of multi-purpose commercial spaces across London. TA Property is a small family-run business based in central London and is looking to rapidly expand its portfolio and client base over the next 5 years.

Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated Property Agent and Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for tenant satisfaction and property optimisation of various multi-purpose commercial spaces as well as working closely with the business owner on property agency deals, which will include generating leads and building a network and expertise within the education, healthcare and religious sectors. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to accelerate their career within the property sector and gain hands-on experience with high levels of responsibility from day one.

Primary Responsibilities



Property Management



Oversee property management services for multi-purpose spaces, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property optimisation. Tenants include Podcasters, Churches, Nurseries and storage provision, so a wide variety of services to manage. Handle tenant inquiries, maintenance issues, and lease renewals Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs Look for opportunities to expand the existing spaces, increasing tenancy yield and satisfaction

Business Development & Client Acquisition



Identify and build relationships with businesses in the education (nurseries, SEN schools), healthcare (assisted living, care homes, doctors), and religious (churches) sectors, looking to expand to new sites Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners seeking to let or sell their commercial properties Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilising industry databases Represent both companies at relevant industry events and exhibitions

Marketing & Administration



Liaise with photographers to arrange professional photography, floor plans, and EPCs Write compelling marketing copy for property listings and advertisements Manage and regularly update property portal listings Supply imagery and property information for publications and marketing campaigns Prepare reports for weekly/monthly meetings and other requirements as needed

Lettings & Viewings



Arrange and conduct property viewings and market appraisals Coordinate with the team and clients regarding viewings and appraisals Provide comprehensive lettings administration, including creation of property activity records Send templated business terms and marketing recommendation reports to clients

Job Requirements



2+ years of experience in property industry Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite and experience with CRM tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of education, healthcare, or religious sectors (preferred) Knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations (preferred) Clean driving license (preferred)
