Property Compliance Administrator
.
What You'll Do:
Monitor and track compliance requirements across our property portfolio
Support the Senior Leadership Team with key administrative tasks
Prepare clear, professional documents and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Communicate confidently and courteously with clients, colleagues, and partners
Help identify and solve operational challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records and reports
What You'll Bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
The ability to stay organised, prioritise tasks, and work independently
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
Experience planning staff schedules is a plus
