My client, a well-established and dynamic estate agency, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Property Consultant
to join one of their busy teams across Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales negotiator to join a forward-thinking company that puts its employees at the heart of everything it does.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Conduct property viewings and manage the offer process effectively.
Progress sales from offer to completion, maintaining communication with all parties.
Work collaboratively with internal Mortgage & Protection Advisors to promote financial services.
Liaise with the lettings department to support cross-referrals and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
A minimum of
12 months' experience
as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
Full UK driving licence
is essential.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using computer systems and quick to adapt to new technology.
Professional, personable, and commercially aware.
