We're now seeking a Property Consultant who embodies positivity, professionalism, and passion for people -- someone who will be a true asset to our growing team.

You are:

Experienced in estate agency sales and confident managing property transactions from start to finish. A natural communicator - warm, clear, and engaging whether in person, on the phone, via text, or email. Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive, with great attention to detail and a willingness to follow instruction with care. Smartly presented, professional, and proud to represent the LL Estates brand. People-focused - you genuinely love helping clients navigate their moving journey. Positive and enthusiastic, with the ability to bring laughter and lightness while maintaining focus and professionalism. Aligned with our values: honesty, care, teamwork, gratitude, and excellence in service Car owner with a full, clean UK driving licence - essential for client visits, valuations, and viewings.
In This Role, You Will:

Build and nurture strong client relationships. Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations with confidence and empathy. Support buyers and sellers through every stage of their journey. Communicate consistently and clearly, ensuring clients feel informed and cared for. Collaborate with the LL Estates team to achieve shared goals and celebrate success. Represent LL Estates with warmth, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
