About the Role:
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and skilled
Property Consultant
who can win business, build strong relationships, and present our premium service with professionalism and impact. Experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential - what matters most is your drive, attitude, and hunger to succeed.
This role is all about converting leads, winning instructions, and consistently exceeding targets - while representing Bridges Properties with passion, energy, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Convert leads into listings
Follow our lead-generation process, including social media content creation, leaflet drops, and ongoing communication with our database
Manage and organise your diary efficiently to maximise opportunities
Conduct accurate, thorough property valuations
Follow the Bridges valuation process to ensure consistency and high standards
Win instructions by confidently demonstrating the value of our premium service
Communicate all relevant details to the branch administrator for smooth property take-ons
Assist with onboarding new clients and hand over seamlessly to the Property Specialist
Stay in regular contact with clients throughout the sales journey
Update lead and sales trackers consistently to maintain accurate performance records
Continuously refine and improve your pitch
Support colleagues and assist with backfilling where required
Bring a strong personality and a big character to build instant rapport
Demonstrate high levels of drive, hunger, and ambition
Build a strong personal brand within Bridges Properties
