We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves managing and expediting a diary of viewings day to day and occasionally administration work in the office. You will often be the first person to represent the company, so we are looking for someone who is a peoples person, who knows Manchester City Centre well and ideally lives within the city. The role is full-time and typical hours are 9am - 5.30pm with some flexibility to accommodate viewings until 7pm where required. Managing a diary of viewings will require organisation and forward planning but is a brilliant role to get to know the Manchester City Centre property market and meet clients daily.
Responsibilities
Managing and completing a diary of viewing appointments day to day.
Liaise with clients to confirm scheduled appointments.
Showcase properties in their best light and share all relevant information to prospective tenants and buyers.
Communicating with the team regarding property condition & feedback from prospective buyers and tenants.
When office based, answering calls and assisting clients with queries.
Organising and booking property viewings into the diary
Occaassionaly taking property marketing photos and social media content.
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in administrative tasks.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
