We are looking for a reliable, organised and confident Property Inspection & Admin Assistant to join our busy letting agency. This role is a mix of office-based administration and visiting properties to carry out routine inspections, check-ins and check-outs. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, has great attention to detail, and is comfortable speaking with tenants and landlords.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Field-Based)
Property Inspections
Carry out routine property inspections and complete detailed reports
Conduct check-ins and check-outs, including taking meter readings and photographs
Identify maintenance issues and report them to the office promptly
Ensure properties meet safety and compliance standards
Communicate professionally with tenants during visit
Office Administration (Office-Based)
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Update property management systems and maintain accurate records
Support the lettings team with general admin tasks as required
Skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Good attention to detail, especially when completing inspection reports
Previous experience in property or admin is beneficial but not essential
