Key Responsibilities:

Qualifying leads and conduct property viewings Negotiating the best letting deals for clients Pre-tenancy referencing and advising the moving-in process Work closely with property management team ensuring all properties are legal, safe and ready for occupation Deliver a five-star service to landlords and tenants through the life cycle of a fully managed property Carry out pre/interim Tenancy Inspections Undertake administrative tasks, keeping records and logs up to date Liaise with third parties on property maintenance Helping at the end of tenancies including communication relating to deposit returns Deal with accounts payable, on top of bills payment avoiding unnecessary late payment penalties Able to use AI or translation tools to communicate non English speaking landlords

Requirements & Skills:

Strong communication skills with excellent written English skills Previous property experience is necessary Strong interpersonal skills and love to help Strong attention to detail Persistent and tenacious Team player Natural ability to trouble shoot with a keen desire to succeed Ability to cope well under pressure Owning a recognised property qualification from Propertymark will be recognise.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
