Property Litigation Paralegal
to join our growing practice.The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse caseload of property disputes. Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will provide key support on both residential and commercial property matters, ensuring efficient case progression and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting fee earners with a wide range of property litigation cases, including landlord & tenant disputes, boundary issues, possession claims, and breach of covenant matters. Drafting correspondence, witness statements, court documents, and bundles. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries. Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and third parties. Managing your own caseload of lower-value or straightforward matters, under supervision. Ensuring compliance with procedural rules and firm policies.
About You:
Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within property litigation or civil litigation. Strong legal research, drafting, and organisational skills. A confident communicator with excellent client care skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. A team player with a proactive and professional approach. Familiarity with case management systems is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
