Role purpose
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Assistant Administrator to join our team in Stratford. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our residential lettings and housing management services. You will be a key point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the administration of tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
Maintain accurate property records and databases
Handle tenant queries via phone, email, and in-person
Schedule inspections, repairs, and maintenance appointments
Liaise with contractors and service providers
Support property managers with compliance and documentation
Prepare correspondence and reports as required
Ensure timely filing and archiving of documentation
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in property administration or a similar role (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
Familiarity with housing association practices or lettings procedures is an advantage
