THE JOB




As a

Property Portfolio Manager

within our

Asset Management

team, you'll play a key role in managing the marketing of a portfolio of properties from instruction through to sale.


You'll work closely with estate agents, beneficiaries, and clients, providing regular updates, handling offers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It's a varied role that blends communication, co-ordination, and customer service, all within a supportive, fast-paced team environment.


With ongoing training and a clear structure in place, you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills, grow your knowledge of the property market, and progress your career within Simplify's wider business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING




Managing your own portfolio of properties from instruction to completion Liaising with estate agents, beneficiaries, and clients to ensure progress and resolve any issues Making well-reasoned recommendations to secure the best possible sale outcomes Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders Meeting agreed service levels and performance targets Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, team-focused environment

REQUIREMENTS




You'll need to be organised, confident, and proactive, able to juggle multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.


Strong communication skills are key, as you'll be regularly speaking with estate agents, clients, and beneficiaries. You'll also need good IT literacy and the ability to produce clear, accurate reports.


Experience in property, customer service, or a target-driven role is advantageous.


Above all, you'll bring a positive attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a real desire and determination to deliver great outcomes for clients.


Character matters just as much as relevant experience!
