In this role, you will act as the key liaison between property sellers and potential buyers, guiding clients through every stage of the resale process to achieve successful, timely transactions. You will leverage your expertise in London's neighborhoods, market trends, and negotiation strategies to deliver exceptional results for both sellers and buyers in a competitive real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end resale transactions for residential properties, including property valuations, listing preparation, marketing, viewings, offer negotiations, and closing.
Build and nurture relationships with property sellers to secure exclusive resale listings, providing tailored advice on pricing, home presentation, and market positioning to maximize sale value.
Identify and engage with qualified buyers (first-time buyers, movers, investors) through targeted outreach, database management, networking, and referral programs.
Conduct detailed property viewings, showcasing key features, local amenities, transport links, and investment potential to align properties with buyer requirements.
Negotiate offers between sellers and buyers to ensure fair, mutually beneficial outcomes while adhering to UK real estate regulations and ethical standards.
Coordinate with conveyancers, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to streamline the transaction process, resolve delays, and ensure a smooth closing.
Monitor and analyze London's resale market trends, including price movements, inventory levels, and regulatory changes (e.g., stamp duty, planning policies) to inform client strategies.
Create compelling property listings, marketing materials, and digital content (for platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, and social media) to enhance property visibility and attract buyers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using CRM software to track progress and optimize performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential property sales, with a focus on resale transactions in London (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of London's property market, including neighborhood-specific trends, property types (e.g., terraced houses, apartments, period properties), and local amenities.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a portfolio of successful resale transactions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with UK real estate regulations, contract processes, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in property listing platforms (Rightmove, Zoopla), CRM software (e.g., Reapit, CFPwinMan), and Microsoft Office tools.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred) for conducting viewings across London.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
