James & George Collie are a full-service law firm, well established and recognised in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, with expertise across a wide spectrum of the law.
We are looking for a full time Property Sales Advisor to work in our busy and fast paced Property Sales department. The successful candidate will be required to be friendly and outgoing with good customer service skills and a passion for selling. Previous property experience is not essential but preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering client calls Booking in viewings Creating social media posts Dealing with queries Taking valuation requests Selling our services, sales & purchases Taking notes of interest Dealing with walk-in enquiries Organising daily viewing diary & viewing agents diaries
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Work well as part of a team Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment Ability to plan and prioritise own workload Possess good interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Well-presented and professional A pleasant, confident manner Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality Reliable and honest Able to adapt to different professional and social environments

Job Types: Full time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
