We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads.

Engage with potential clients via our state-of-the-art dialler system. Generate hot keys to connect with insurance advisers. Drive sales and contribute to team targets in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.

Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from telemarketing to advisors.

Achieve daily and weekly targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
