Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of service and hospitality stock management and ordering Help train new team members and manage staff Maintain cleanliness and organisation address customer inquiries and resolve issues Ensure employees follow company policies and health and safety regulations Social media and events planning cellar management to follow trends to inform cocktail, drinks and food decisions

Requirements

Previous experience in a management/supervisory position for 1 year within the hospitality sector Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails and food trends within the hospitality/pub industry Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Punctual and reliable

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
