Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food production and service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service and enhance guest experience
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a culinary environment.
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Excellent team management abilities, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Comprehensive knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant setting is essential.
Culinary experience with an emphasis on hospitality standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
