Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Help create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
A passion for culinary arts with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
