We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, along with exceptional leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Coordinate food preparation and cooking schedules to ensure timely service.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with restaurant management to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a pub/restaurant environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Excellent cooking skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the capability to multitask effectively under pressure.
