Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pub and hospitality industry, with expertise in customer service and promoting. This role requires excellent team management skills and the ability to help foster a positive work environment while ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage bar staff , promoting teamwork and effective communication. Implement bar processes that adhere to food safety standards. Ensure the quality of drinks served meets the establishment's standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on H&S and Licensing Objectives. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient stocking operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction. Manage social media and planning of entertainment and events.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the pub or hospitality sector is essential. Strong understanding of bar and cellar operations. Previous experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Familiar with social media Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 28,420.00-32,000.50 per year
