This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and has a proven track record of leading teams, delivering exceptional service, and running successful pub operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the pub, maintaining high service and operational standards
Recruiting and employing your own team (you will be responsible for all staffing and payroll)
Engaging with the local community and maintaining a loyal customer base
Managing stock, cash handling, and adhering to health & safety standards
Driving commercial performance and profitability
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Pub Manager
Must hold a
Personal License
Strong leadership and people management skills
Financially astute with a commercial mindset
Passionate about hospitality and creating a great customer experience
