About the Role:
As a
Purchase Ledger Assistant
, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments
Assisting with month-end financial procedures
Responding to supplier queries efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts role preferred
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, SAP) and Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
