Summary



We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic team at Italian Continental Stores Limited. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting our operations and contributing to our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities



Data entry tasks related to purchase orders and invoices. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts payable. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any invoice queries. Maintain organized records of all transactions for auditing purposes.

Requirements



Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
