From our headquarters in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, we operate a team of over 150 engineers who carry out Portable Appliance Testing and other services across the country.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance Team in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will be IT literate, demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Your role:
Setting up suppliers accounts
Record purchase invoices accurately and on a timely basis
Handle supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
Reconcile monthly purchase ledger statements
Record and manage Sub-contractor invoices
Support other areas of the finance department as required
Other Ad hoc duties i.e. filing, data tidy up
Skills and experience required:
Strong communication skills
Previous accounts experience
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
Previous experience with Sage 200 but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
