The Opportunity



We are looking for a reliable and approachable Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our accounts team on a part-time basis You will require strong administration and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail. Having a collaborative approach to working and the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload are essential in this role. Great verbal and written communication skills ensure that we serve all our customers with a first-class service. You understand the need for diplomacy and confidentiality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and supportive workplace

Key Responsibilities



Daily processing of purchase ledger invoices Reconciliation to purchase orders & supplier statements Sales Ledger reconciliation & debt collection Support ad hoc HR, Finance projects and initiatives. Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in a busy Sales & Purchase Ledger role Generalist knowledge of GDPR and its application in administration. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Friendly and professional communication style, with the ability to engage with people at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & Teams (intermediate level). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Desirable but not Essential



Have Financial training or qualifications Hold a full driving licence and be willing to occasionally work across all East Midland sites as required.
