My job
We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join Our Technical Team at King's Lynn site.
Shift Pattern: 6:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Rotating Weekly (Mainly Mon - Fri however flexibility required to cover weekends)
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all our products achieve High Food Safety and Quality Standards at all times.
Auditing and verifying all aspects of factory systems, product records, GMP, hygiene standards, packaging, labelling and procedures.
Ensuring full compliance with product specifications.

Our ideal candidate will need to be:

Self motivated - able to work well independently and within the team to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communicator
Demonstrate good IT skills (Word, Excel) and have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills
Attention to detail is essential

Previous Quality auditing/control experience and knowledge is desirable and holding/working towards Food Safety Level 3 will be advantageous.
